Josh Kay - Founder and Lead Analyst
Josh specializes in turning complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that business and civic leaders can actually use. With a background in data modeling, analytics consulting, and visualization design — along with a degree in Supply Chain Management and Statistics — he brings both quantitative depth and operational perspective to every project.
He works closely with clients to help them make sense of their data in plain language, tie it to real-world priorities, and build tools that support smarter, more confident decision-making.
